On Saturday mornings from 10 am to 1 pm, we offer a true immersion in the world of fine dining alongside Chef Nicolas Masse’s team. Come and recreate the best recipes from our two-star restaurant, followed by a group lunch served at the table d’hôtes at La Grand’Vigne.

Different themes are offered each week. Upcoming dates:

Our Pastry Chef Anthony Chenoz offers delicious recipes for both young and old on Saturdays.

Introduction to Oenology

Engage your senses!

A few Saturdays each month, our Head Sommelier Aurélien Farrouil is delighted to welcome you to the “Tasting Tower.”

During this 90-minute session, he will introduce you to oenology in a friendly atmosphere and answer all your questions about wine and tasting.
This offer is reserved for hotel guests.

Mixology Workshop

The shaker will hold no secrets for you!

Join our bar, the French Paradox, for a private mixology class behind the bar. It’s the perfect opportunity to discover delicious creations made with local spirits. Whether you prefer classic, bespoke, or Bordeaux-style cocktails, our team will teach you all the tips and tricks to create delicious cocktails.
