Our Spas: The Source of Natural Energy

Nestled in the vineyards, our Spas offer an escape through the benefits of Caudalie treatments. Nature becomes the source of revitalising energy, and the essence of well-being is rediscovered. With a pool, outdoor hot tub, wine barrel bath, basin, and hammam, the spa offers an environment that invites complete relaxation. Through our Spas, we aim to provide quality treatments while creating a true sensory experience in an exceptional natural setting.

Holistic Experiences: Yoga, Sophrology, Forest Therapy

Our homes offer the opportunity to go further in wellness by providing holistic and varied experiences for city dwellers who wish to reconnect with nature on a deeper level.

At Les Sources de Cheverny, a monthly yoga retreat is led by instructors with diverse backgrounds and training. Two to three days of well-being and detox to achieve total harmony of body and mind! To further boost your energy and immune system, this retreat is accompanied by the delicious and generous cuisine of talented Chef Frederic Calmels.

At Les Sources de Caudalie, yoga classes are available once a week or on request, allowing you to fully embrace the holistic experience at your own pace.

Sophrology, a relaxation technique based on breathing, is taught by Philippe, the certified sophrologist at Les Sources de Cheverny. An hour of practice helps awaken the senses, listen to emotions, and achieve serenity, offering a better understanding of yourself to face daily challenges.

Finally, sylvotherapy, or forest bathing, is available at both of our homes. This practice allows you to reconnect with nature through guided multisensory activities. Originating in Japan, this practice promotes stress reduction, relaxation, and the production of happiness hormones.
