Our GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Prices are inclusive of VAT, excluding a tourist tax of €3 per night per person.
The half-board supplement includes breakfast and one meal at L’Auberge (excluding drinks).
Accepted credit cards: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, and American Express.
Cheques are not accepted.

On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 3:30 pm. They must be vacated by 12:00 pm on the day of departure.
Any late check-out will be charged as an additional night’s stay.
If you wish to have access to your room before 3:30 pm on the day of arrival, we recommend booking the previous night (at a preferential rate, subject to availability).
Similarly, for late check-outs, booking the following night will allow you to keep your room after 12:00 pm.
If you do not wish to book an additional night, we are happy to store your luggage for you.
All our rooms are non-smoking.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
At weekends, the minimum stay is two nights.
For long stays (7 nights or more), billing will be issued on a weekly basis.
Any booking of more than 7 rooms per day will be considered as a group.
Specific conditions will apply (rates, payment, cancellation, etc.).
A pre-authorisation for the amount of your stay, increased by €50 per day, will be made on your credit card 72 hours before your arrival.

The cancellation of a stay must be made in writing. Cancellations are allowed until 4 p.m. local time, 7 days prior to arrival (excluding specific periods such as the festive season, etc.).
Any late cancellation or early departure will be charged for the full stay initially booked.
In case of an interrupted stay or no-show, the remaining stay will be charged in full.
For reserved treatments not attended or cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, the full amount of the booked service will be charged.
Restaurant cancellations without charge are permitted up to 12 p.m. before the service time. A guarantee of €100 per cover will be required for the Le Favori restaurant and €50 per cover for the L’Auberge restaurant.

The restaurant Le Favori is open for dinner from Wednesday to Sunday and for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
The Spa is open from Monday to Thursday and on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and on Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. 

Any expense not included in a package is charged as an extra.
Unconsumed services will not result in a discount, deduction, or refund.

Possibility to add a baby cot for €20 per day in our Prestige Rooms and Suites or an extra bed for €50 per day per child in our Suites.
Reduced-price menus are available for children up to the age of 12.

Free outdoor parking.

Pets are welcome; however, they are not allowed in the restaurants L’Auberge & Le Favori, the outdoor pool, or the spa area. They must also be kept on a lead within the property.
Accommodation fee, fixed rate: €30 per day.
